So in closing I would like to let everyone know how this event came about. About a month ago I was asked to cook ribs for a cookout at a friends house. It had been about a year or so since I did this. With the help of a friend of mine, the ribs were slow cooked and the taste was delicious. As James saw the pictures of the event on Facebook, there was a bit of talking going back and forth about ribs. So, I initiated the challenge. With that it was going to be a small party at my house and from there with the guidance of RGA it formed an official event.
